I will try to make sure everything is posted (via the Post Office) as soon as I am physically able to. If required by the buyer, I will scan the receipt I get when I post it. If you want the parcel to be tracked, the cost of postage will increase.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If the item arrives damaged but repairable, I will fix or exchange the item for you. If it is lost, I would ask that the buyer pay for the postage of a replacement but will not charge for the replacement item itself.
I do not accept returns or exchanges in any other situation, as almost all my items are handmade, to order.
