I'm sorry, but there are no refunds on my digital products. However, if you do not understand something, I'm always here to help. Simply email me with your question and I'll help you!

If you purchase a physical item (ie supplies such as buttons or keys, etc.), and it isn't what you expected, contact me within 7 days to discuss a refund.

I take a lot of care to accurately photograph and describe each item, so you can see and know exactly what you are getting. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions!

NOTE: Sometimes the photos are even larger than the actual items - please see the description for measurements.

Additional information about digital products:

Each of my digital products (patterns, eWorkshops, eCourses) has its own Terms of Use (TOU), but they are all the same with little exception. You’ll find the TOU in each PDF you receive, usually at the end of the PDF.

Generally speaking, you may use any finished piece that you make using any paid product of mine in any way you like, which includes personal use, gifts and even to sell.

You do not have to give me credit, although I am always thrilled when you do.

You cannot:

* Share or sell the tutorial, eBook, eWorkshop in whole or in part to anyone in any way whatsoever. That means you can’t forward passwords to your friends, repackage and resell my material, even in part.

* Teach the material in any way without my express, written permission. That means you must ask me via email (Kim@KimberlieKohler.com). I consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
