I can not give a refund in the case that a buyer does not realize they are purchasing a digital product and not a physical one. I recommend printing the file at home, a friends house, or taking it to a local shop. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a download please let me know what the problems are and I will get it corrected. Refunds will not normally be given but I always handle customers on a case by case basis. Replacement is always the primary option. Colors will vary slightly monitor to monitor and printer to printer. Please get to know your printer and how to set the color and size settings on it.
