Packages will be sent by registered air mail via Hong Kong Post. An online tracking number will be provided. Please note that signature is required upon delivery.
All items will be sent to your Etsy address, so please confirm your address on record to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for any shipment loss due to an incorrect shipping address. In event of returned package (unclaimed, incorrect address, etc), the buyer will bear the additional cost incurred for re-shipping and no any refund.
All buyers are responsible for taxes, duties and other charges that may be incurred. Please check with your local authorities before placing order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We only accept refund / exchanges under the following conditions: 1. Product was damaged during shipping 2. Delivered the wrong product (please also provide a photograph)
In case the product was damaged please take pictures and send to us via email within 7 days. Please return the item in question to us in original packaging.
Lost Packages: Lost package from shipment cannot be refunded or replaced. Once the items goes to the hands of Post Office, it is between the buyer and the Post Office.
