1. I ship three times weekly via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If it is urgent to receive a purchase ASAP please convo, I'Il be happy to accommodate you. 2. If you are concerned about damage during shipping or have a post office that is notoriously careless, let us know so that we are sure to add insurance. We will not cover damages on uninsured items. Once a package leaves our hands we have no control over it. 3. I love my International Customers and will do what I can to accommodate their shipping needs. Please understand that US > International shipping costs have increased greatly and I do not make money off of shipping. Please request a quote. 4. I refund excess shipping charges. 5. Returns & exchanges
*REGARDLESS of PayPal's return policy, this shop will not accept returns any further than two weeks after tracking notes the arrival of the goods. This time period will be adjusted to compensate for long shipping times for my international customers. 1. Please READ descriptions; LOOK at the photos; ASK questions - BEFORE purchasing. This should alleviate the need for refunds or exchanges. 2. On items that are package deals (a lot of buttons, a package of paper ephemera, etc.) there are no refunds or exchanges. 3. You are buying VINTAGE. This means an item is used, aged, less than perfect. Do not expect an item to look like it just rolled out of the shipping container from China or off the shelves of Macy's. 4.
