Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.

Payments

PayPal is my preferred method of payment. I find it’s the fastest, safest and easiest option for both of us.

You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You can even pay by debit or credit card via the secure PayPal system.

♥ Please make sure that your paypal account address and your etsy account address are the same♥

We require full payment up front.
Payment is expected within 3 days of ordering. If I don't receive the payment, I will contact with you prior to the cancellation to discuss this. I understand that sometimes the checkout process can be confusing so I´ll check to make sure it wasn't a mistake.

As soon as I receive the funds, we'll start working on your piece.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want you to be thrilled with your items and offer a money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase please convo us within 2 days of delivery stating the problem. If we cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange, provided you return the item to us in its original, undamaged condition within 3 days of contact and pay the return shipping costs. Refunds will be made back to your PayPal account upon receipt of the item in the same condition it was sent out ((minus shipping charges and a restocking fee of 3.5%).

If your item is damaged in transport, please convo us immediately. We'll will ask that you send photos of the damage and we will either make arrangements to repair the piece or send a replacement.
