Some items are exchangable but I sew each item to order so please tell me exactly what you need before ordering. If I make you a custom item it is not available for exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping.

Please be sure your buying the size you need. I offer a wide range of sizing options on many items. You will see a drop down box on these items. I am not responsible if you order the wrong size but You are welcome to exchange if you do buy the wrong size. Please message me first and include a note with your etsy ID and the item you wish to exchange for. You must also include either a stamped return envelope or proper $ for priority shipping.
I do not take back used or washed items.

No Refunds, but you can exchange your item if it's not custom. I do not accept returns on custom made skirts unless it is not what we discussed. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please notify me if you need to exchange the item using Etsy Conversation.

Any issues with USPS should be directed to the US Postal Service.
