This pattern will be available for download as soon as payment clears. Please do not leave a 'note to seller' during checkout as these are not checked on the instant downloads. If you need to contact me for any reason, please do it through Etsy conversations.
This is a PDF CROCHET PATTERN to make a hat, NOT the actual finished item. There will be no refunds for failure to read the listing details, this listing is clearly for a crochet pattern.
This is a PDF crochet pattern for a uniquely-textured baby bonnet in six sizes. This bonnet coordinates perfectly with the following patterns: Basket Weave Beanie, Basket Weave Baby Pants/Shorties, and Basket Weave Cocoon & Bowl. This bonnet pattern includes several finishing options, such as crocheted ties, chin strap, or braids. This would make a great prop for a photo session for an amateur or a professional photographer.
Preemie/doll, newborn, 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, and toddler are listed in the pattern. ("Doll" fits all 18" sized dolls, like American Girl Dolls)
Intermediate. This is not a beginner pattern. You must be able to read a written pattern and be comfortable with front and back post stitches.
This pattern is written in STANDARD US CROCHET TERMS.
Crochet hook size “J” (6 mm) and 5 oz or less of worsted weight yarn, I suggest a cotton/acrylic blend like Lion Brand Cotton Ease. Also needed: measuring tape, yarn needle (optional), button (optional), needle and thread (optional).
Pattern includes detailed instructions and a photo. *Again, please note: You will be purchasing the pattern only, not a finished product. Do not purchase this listing expecting a finished item.*
There is no shipping charge for this item as it is a digital file. Your pattern (PDF file) will be available as an instant download from Etsy as soon as payment clears. You will need Adobe to read this pattern, it can be downloaded free online at www.adobe.com.
Due to the nature of patterns, there are no returns or refunds. All sales are final.
You are welcome to sell your finished items however you like, but do not copy and/or redistribute this pattern, or alter it in any way to claim it as your own. Please provide a link to my website if you are selling your finished items online. If you change the name of the item when you sell it online, please provide the pattern name in the link so other customers can find the correct pattern.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PATTERN ON ETSY:
After purchasing a pattern on Etsy, you'll see a link to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation may take a few minutes. You'll see a notice at the top of the page if your payment is still processing. Some people may have trouble downloading digital files on a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet. If you're using the Etsy app, try using your mobile browser instead. If all else fails, please access your order on a desktop computer. (The file can then be emailed to your mobile device.)
Once your payment clears, you can also retrieve your pattern two different ways:
1. Check your email. Etsy will send an email to the email address that you have on file with ETSY. (This is not necessarily your PayPal email address. It is YOUR responsibility to know which email address you have used for Etsy.) In this email, you will find the download instructions. Be sure to check ALL your email addresses if you have not received this email, as well as your spam folder. Look for an email from "firstname.lastname@example.org".
2. Alternatively, you can sign into your Etsy account and retrieve your pattern at any time, as long as the payment has cleared. On the upper right side of your screen, move your mouse over the words "Your Account", and select "Purchases & Reviews" from the drop-down menu. This will take you to a list of all your purchases on Etsy. To the right of the pattern order, click on the blue button that says "Download Files".
Troubleshooting for Etsy:
If your payment is still processing, the "Download Files" button will be gray and you will not be able to click it.
If nothing happens when you click the download link, then please contact Etsy's support team at https://www.etsy.com/help/contact (see below first).
