Items are carefully packed in bubble wrap, tucked into a reusable ziplock bag and/or tissue paper, and mailed in a bubble envelope.
After payment, your order ships within 1-2 business days. Please note that we ship to your Paypal address. If your Paypal address is different from the one provided during checkout, we will ship to the Paypal address UNLESS you have specifically indicated in your note to me as you check out.
Given recent experiences and Etsy policy which requires "Proof of Shipping", all items are now shipped via REGISTERED air mail, which requires a signature upon delivery. Items will be tracked and any lost mail will be processed and a refund obtained.
Please note that all duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Approximate schedule (post office estimate), denoting the time from which your package leaves us to when it reaches your address: 2 – 6 working days to reach Australasia; 6 – 8* working days to reach North America; 8 – 10* working days to reach Europe
*Subjected to customs clearance and/or delays in destination country which may require additional time.
Upon shipment of your order, we update your order status with the article registration number (where applicable). If you do not receive your package within the estimated time frame, you can track it by selecting your country at http://www.auspost.com.au/track (tracking is not available for all countries)
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your shipment after 4 weeks, please contact us so that we can request a tracing report from the post office.
We accept major credit cards via Etsy Checkout.
Unpaid orders will be canceled 48 hours after purchase if I have not heard from you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Should any item reach you in damaged condition, please let us know at once. Also, if you’re unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will work with you for a resolution. Refunds or exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis only, and a re-stocking fee will be charged at 15% of the value of item or $10 (whichever is higher). We do not accept returns on customized items / customed listing.
Please also note that there is a no return and no refund policy on all sale items, items in "Destash/Vintage beads" category.
Returns should be in new and unused condition and carefully packaged. We will not be able to process a return if it has been damaged in transit. All initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
