Estimated shipping times will vary on individual items, but all premade items will ship within three business days. Time quotes will be given for custom orders.

We are not responsible for orders that are late, lost or damaged during the shipping process. We have no control over Canada Post or the USPS and therefore cannot be held liable in the event of their mistakes. You can purchase insurance on the package if you are concerned but please message us first for a quote.
Items will ship after payment has cleared. I currently accept All major credit cards and gift cards (Money order and E-transfer for Canadian Customers)

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
This does not include vintage items, such as postcards. All vintage items are final sale.
Items not returned in their original condition will not be exchanged.
I often don't duplicate an item but do welcome requests for custom orders.
