Most orders will be shipped by USPS First Class, USPS Priority with tracking. UPS or FedEx will be used if you need your items quickly with an additional charge.
We combine shipping whenever possible.
We take pride in packaging our items very carefully to help prevent breakage.
We are not responsible for orders lost in shipping.
We accept credit cards and PayPal. Your order will be created and shipped once payment is received.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items and we'll do our best to resolve any problems.
Returns are accepted up to 7 days after receiving your items; however, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred. Shipping cost of returns is the customer's responsibility.
Special orders or Custom orders are non-refundable unless, of course, there is damage due to shipping or the item isn't as described.
Once your item leaves our hands at the Post Office, we are not responsible for shipping delays. Refunds will not be given for shipping delays that caused your item not to arrive in time for your event.
Due to health concerns, no returns on party picks and straws.
We work very hard to create our products and get them shipped out to you in a timely manner. We take pride in everything we make and will never sacrifice quality. We want to make sure we have the time to create your items to your specifications in time for your event.
