Yes! Because we build every piece ourselves, we can build a custom size for you. We can also use a custom Benjamin Moore paint color to match your decor and use a custom fabric that we purchase for you or that you ship to us. The possibilities are endless.

All of our large, framed magnetic boards are MADE TO ORDER. Our CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME is currently about six weeks plus shipping. Thank you for understanding that hand built frames and custom orders take time. For smaller items, please check the SHIPPING AND POLICIES tab in the listing of the item you purchased. The "Ready to ship in" time is listed below "Payment methods."

Our current production time for framed magnet boards is currently about 6 weeks plus shipping. Thank you for understanding that hand built frames and custom orders take time!

We ship to the address you supply Etsy when you check out.

SHIPPING METHOD and TRANSIT TIME:
We ship via FedEx or USPS with delivery confirmation and insurance. We allow up to 7 business days for shipping to the east coast and up to 10 days for shipping to the west coast. For international shipments, we allow up to 4-5 weeks.

Upgraded shipping is available as requested. We will invoice you for the additional shipping charges.

Please keep in mind that shipping during a holiday season can be unpredictable. Please allow extra time, or request a shipping upgrade for faster delivery.

INSURANCE and CLAIMS:
All our items are shipped insured. If your item arrives damaged, please immediately report it to us, with photographs of the damage so that a claim may be filed. We will arrange replacement as soon as you have done this! Please save the packaging material and box (the shipping company may want to see it) so you can show the condition of your delivery.

In the case of LOST items, please notify us on Etsy, via Convo, within 2 weeks of the expected delivery date provided with your tracking.

When we receive your convo for the missing item, we may:

- Provide shipping tracking information to show where the item is
- Issue you a refund if the shipping company has lost your item
- Offer to send you a replacement item, if you agree

Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, we accept refunds or exchanges, minus original and additional shipping costs, within 7 days. But due to the fragile nature of the items and difficulty shipping them, we do NOT accept returns based on a simple change of mind or if you misread the size or color of the listing you purchased. Custom sizes and colors are not returnable. Unless we made a mistake with the order, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your returned item, in new, unused condition. We highly recommend you carefully repackage your return item and insure your return shipping package; we cannot refund you if the item arrives damaged or broken.

Custom items or specially requested colors and fabrics are not returnable. If you are unsure about a fabric color, please ask us to send you a swatch so that you can be sure it works for you before your purchase. For paint colors, please check your local Benjamin Moore paint retailer to be sure the paint color you choose is to your liking.

If a package is returned to us because of a mistake made by the purchaser (incorrect address, unclaimed package, etc.), the purchaser is responsible for paying re-shipping charges. We can re-ship your item to you, but you will need to pay for shipping charges again.
