Shipping & policies
I put a lot of pressure on myself to ship quickly, even for personalized orders, and I pride myself on shipping within the "handling time" I set for my items. Occasionally, life can get in the way (I have a busy child, I substitute teach, and illness seems to find us!). My best advice when ordering, especially with time sensitive items like birthday gifts or Christmas stockings is: ORDER EARLY!
That being said, I am but one person who sells between 400 and 500 Christmas stockings between September and December, many of which are personalized. From mid November through mid December it is not unusual for me to sell 15-20 every day. Again, I encourage, ORDER EARLY!
As much as I can guarantee myself to follow my handling time guidelines, I can, in no way, be responsible for the USPS who often seems to operate on their own timeline. Last year I had a mother purchase a stocking for her deploying son. She ordered it on December 15 and lived in the same state I live in. She didn't get it in time, even though I had mailed it by the 17th. Don't let that story be your story. ORDER EARLY!
Shipping costs of $2 or less don't necessarily include tracking. If you would like tracking, please convo me for that pricing. Shipping costs of $3 or more do come with tracking. This does include the FREE SHIPPING for the CHRISTMAS STOCKINGS as well!! I print my labels through Etsy and you will receive the tracking number from them when the item is shipped. Most of my shipping is via first class. If you would like Priority, please contact me and I can set that up for you.
If you are an international buyer, your shipping may be detained through customs. I have no control over that. Also, you will be responsible for any charges that may apply through customs.
‹(•¿•)›The most important shipping info is to ORDER EARLY! Last year I got mono in November and it wasn't pretty. I had to close my shop early and was in tears at the sewing machine. I have no way of knowing how many orders didn't get through because of that illness. Don't let that happen to you.
I accept payment through Paypal or credit cards through Etsy's direct payment. Any custom orders must be paid for in advance. I am willing to take payment in the form of money order as well, but please convo before you purchase if you wish to pay with a money order.

No refunds or exchanges on personalized or custom items unless there is a mistake on my part.
I work hard to have accurate descriptions. Please read them through before making a purchase. If you have any questions, please send me a message. I answer questions in a timely manner, generally 7 days a week, and will be happy to assist you, if possible. **If you are asking about fabric scrap measurements, please know that I will not measure each piece!
Please email or convo me within 24 hours of receiving your item if you feel there is an error or mistake. I can only fix a problem if I am made aware of it!
Once in a while there can be a manufacturer's flaw in a fabric. I do check my fabrics but, occasionally, something slips past me. If you find a flaw, please contact me so that I can correct the issue.
