All already crafted purchases and supplies will be shipped via USPS mail.
Flat rate shipping will be used when possible on heavy orders to save you shipping costs.
Express mail is optional (with additional fee). If you need other special services (with additional fees), please let me know when you place an order.
When shipping to Canada, I will use the customs number from USPS as proof of mailing.
Please note: Shipping fees include USPS shipping cost and shipping materials (padded envelope, zip bag(s) etc) cost.
In the case of combined shipping I will offset the additional shipping with additional beads or can do a partial refund of the excess amount at my discretion.
Contact me for shipping to other locations or faster shipping (next day/2 days).
The package will be sent on Monday through Saturday. If any delay occurs, I will let you know via e-mail.
I send orders to your Etsy shipping address, if there is not any custom request.
All shipping is reliant of the post office being open and can be delayed due to US holidays (i.e. Memorial Day, etc).
I accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Paypal, Etsy gift cards, and some checks.
With payments by check, the purchased items will be sent once the check is received and cleared. PLEASE use a tracking number (costs .90 cents at the post office) when mailing a check. Please contact me for other forms or any questions.
===SALES TAX=== CA Residents: You will be charged the required state taxes of 8.25% CA sales tax that will be added at the time of purchase.
===Receipt=== I don't include a printed receipt in your order packages. If you need a printed receipt, please use your Etsy order page to print it out.
Returns & exchanges
We do our best to not misrepresent any item, so exchanges or refund will only be considered for extenuating circumstances, that will be determined upon discussion with buyer.
In the event of a refund, I will refund the original product fee. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Customer must contact me within 24 hours of delivery!
The product has to return to Sayias in the original condition. The shipping fee for the return has to be paid by the customer.
