Shipments will be made upon the clearing of your payment. Unless other wise noted I ship USPS first class. I ship every morning Mon-Sat first post of the day. Unless otherwise requested by the customer I always ship to the Etsy address.
If you would like a different shipping method please contact me before purchase.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Also, I will not mark the items as a gift to avoid customs fees. It is illegal, and I don't look good in stripes.
In an effort to save paper (and trees:) and keep shipping costs low I do not automatically include an invoice. If you need or even just want one let me know and I will be more than happy to include one.
I also take Money Orders. Items will be shipped after it is received and cleared. Please contact me and let me know that this is how you are paying. Note to E-Check customers: Your order will not be processed until your E-Check payment has been cleared. This usually takes 3-5 business days. I will contact you to let you know that payment has cleared and items are shipped.
Please contact me before you purchase if you need to delay payment. I will set up a special order for you and will hold it for up to two weeks. If payment is delayed 14 days with no contact from buyer, listing will be canceled.
Please contact me if you would like to make other arrangements for payment and I'll see what we can work out.
Returns & exchanges
If you get your items and they are just not the ticket, let me know within 7 business days and we can work out a refund/exchange. Refunds/exchanges are only given for items that have been sent back to me. I can not refund an item that is not in my hot little hands! Shipping will not be refunded. If you choose to do an exchange, I will take care of the shipping back to you at no cost to you. Cause I am pretty cool.
Incorrect or damaged items:
If your order arrives and is damaged or incorrect send it back to me and once I receive it in the mail I will refund the cost of the items as well as the shipping amount. Contact me and let me know of any issues.
Items Lost in the Post:
All of the packages sent to the US have delivery confirmation, if it shows that the package has not been delivered within 30 days I will either send a replacement order or issue a refund of the cost of the sale.
TL:DR: Returns/exchanges accepted. No Shipping costs refunded. I'll take care of broken wrong stuffs. I'll deal with it if it gets lost and doesn't show up after 30 days. Im cool, you're cool, we are all cool.
I am not responsible for International shipments getting lost in the post. However, I have shipped thousands of packages world wide and have never had an international shipment not make it. Sometimes they do take up to 90 days, but they always make it! It just depends on customs in your country.
I am more than happy to make a reserved listing for you. If you see a bunch of lovelies that you just have to have, but need them in different quantity's or would just like to ensure that they are there come payday, ask me to make a reserved listing. If you need more time, no problem! Just let me know and I will hold it longer!
