For US Customers: Orders ship first class mail which takes 3-7 business days once order is shipped. Priority mail is available at check out for an upcharge. Priority mail normally takes 2-3 business days once item has shipped.

Priority mail is available to some international locations. Please contact us before purchasing if you have an upcoming event where standard mail may not make it in time. Standard first class mail is 3-7 business days for US customers International shipments going standard mail is 1-4 weeks depending on customs in your country. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
1. items may only be returned in their original unopened postal package. This is a health code due to products sold. Any returns sent that are not in their original unopened postal package will be pitched and no credit can be given. 2. Items must be returned within 3 business days from receipt. 3. All items must have a return item number issued by us marked on the back of the returned package so that any refund due can be credited back to the correct person in our receiving dept. Number will be emailed to you. 4. Returns for items sent out will be issued a credit for the item minus shipping, etsy fees and a restocking fee will not be refunded.
