I designed this for a work colleague who was having her first baby. I didn't know if baby would be a boy or a girl so chose these neutral colours.
I love turning circles into squares and I’ve provided 5 patterns for 5 different circle sizes so you can do it too. So much fun!
I’ve included instructions for the joining method I used and also the border in the 15 pages of the pattern. I’ve also included close up pictures of each square and a special trick to make your circles as seamless as possible.
I used gorgeous soft cotton yarn. I am so glad I did - it feels divine.
Of course, you can easily make this larger by adding more squares.
I’m really happy how it turned out. I hope you enjoy the pattern.
I used 8 ply cotton yarn with a 5 mm crochet hook, but you can use any yarn and hook combination.
