For standard orders, items will be shipped within three business days of payment being received. Items will be sent via second class post within the UK, or standard airmail for international orders, unless you have requested and paid for another delivery method. Proof of posting is always retained for 28 days after postage.
If you would like your items to be shipped via first class or recorded delivery, please contact me before purchase to arrange this.
Standard shipping costs: Shipping to the UK is £1.50 (extra items at no extra delivery cost) Shipping to the EU is £3.90 (extra items at no extra delivery cost) Shipping to the US and Canada is £4.90 (extra items at no extra delivery cost) And to everywhere else is £5.00
I accept payments through Paypal, credit/debit card and Etsy gift card. Please complete payment for your purchases within 7 days of buying them. Payment via e-cheque can take up to a week to clear from the US, and up to two weeks from the UK. Orders will be dispatched when payments have cleared.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Items are dispatched in perfect condition, packed snugly into a padded envelope.
I always obtain proof of purchase, so any items lost in the post can be refunded if you let me know within 14 days of the shipment notification.
For UK customers only: In the unfortunate event that your item is lost or damaged in the post, I will replace it or refund you if you let me know within 14 days of the shipment notification.
For US and Europe customers: If your item has not been received within 4 weeks, or is damaged in the post, please let me know by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or direct convo to arrange a refund/replacement.

In instances of cancellation, customers must pay the return postage costs.
All items are despatched from a smoke-free environment. All my items are presented cleaned and polished, but I do have three cats so would advise sufferers of extreme cat allergies to contact me before purchasing.
