It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their Etsy addresses is correct and current. I ship to the Etsy address. If this address is not correct for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible. If the item has not shipped, I will reprint the label. If the item has shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping once the item returns to me.
I add delivery confirmation to every package, and you will receive an email from Etsy with the tracking information. Please note that tracking information can be delayed up to 12 hours.
I do wrap and pack items carefully, but occasionally packages do get damaged. Please keep the box, packing material, and all of the items in the shipment. I can not file an insurance claim without proof of damage.
I ship as soon as possible, usually within 2 days. Please read my shop announcement for current shipping times. If you need your item shipped soon, please let me know and I will let you know when it will ship.
I do ship internationally, and I try to be as accurate as possible in my shipping prices. It's very hard to get an accurate combined shipping rate for international orders. If there is an overage more than $1, I will refund the excess.
All items ship from the United States. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all local taxes, duties and customs fees, if they apply.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund (minus shipping) within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. When I receive the item back in good condition, I will issue a refund.
In the event that an item was damaged during shipping, contact me as soon as possible so I can correct the situation. Please retain all boxes, items, and packing materials in order to submit the claim. In order to file a claim, I will need photos of the damage. I am not able to file a claim without photos of the item and packaging, so I will not be able to offer a refund if you do not provide the photos.
