We ship worldwide.
Please notify that the shipping cost are different depending on weight.
Your order will ship within1-3 weeks depending of work amount on the time your order come.
Custom orders and larger invitation orders typically take closer to 3-4 weeks.
If you need them sooner, contact us BEFORE buying and we'll let you know if our schedule can accommodate your needs.
All orders are shipped via Priority Mail and should arrive within 16-18 business days.
An official postal registered number will be provided on all orders.
This number it can be tracked until the package leaves the country, we are not responsible for the tracking outside the country.
These are agreements between states and they are subject to changes beyond our will and control.
The RN012345678RO-registratered number- that you receive can be used to your local P.O to search the letter/parcel when they are hold there more than usually.
You also have all our help and support but we can't deal with your local post office. But we do provide all necessary documents to help.

2. a photo with the letter/package to eliminate the doubts on the written address you gave us via Etsy
3. a link for Track & Trace on the Romanian teritory
that confirm the letter/package left the country
4. because of the relationship between countries, that are always changing,
we DON'T provide Track&Trace outside the country
5. a photo proof of your item
Please be aware that when your order reaches your country, it may be held and inspected by customs.
Additional customs fees/taxes/duties/VAT/tariffs/etc. may be assessed by your country.
You are responsible for paying these fees before your order is delivered.
International delivery may take as little as 14 days or up to 10 weeks.
If you don't pay them on time and the package returns,
you must pay again the shipping so we can send the package once again.

Samples are available for an additional fee of $20 and includes 3 PROOFS ONLY. Please verify your text and information carefully before submitting your order form for your proofs.
The $20 fee will be applied to your final invitation order balance.
Additional proof fees of 20$ will be applied to any proofs over first 3 PROOFS .
If a mistake is made on our part, it is not counted towards your number of proofs.

For Custom or Personalized Order we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns for postal delivery failure of your country or natural disaster
because we can't control either of them.
Please order a sample to prevent any need/want to exchange or return.

We customize color, size, shape, etc.
We can personalize with initials, names, text, photos, etc.
If you have a shop and you need a shape and size, exclusively for you let us know.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Before starting an order please make sure you allow enough time for order processing. We can not track your wedding date & RSVP deadlines unless you let us know.
If you buy without checking the delivery schedule and the date of delivery it is too close for the artwork involved, we shall refund the ITEM SUM MINUS THE FEES ALREADY PAID.
Don't forget the delivery times that is min 16-18 working days.
Your custom order will remain listed for maximum 3-5 days so we can handle our working schedule. After this 3-5 days the order it is canceled but can be relisted as well as the time to finish and ship it. We can always relist your item when you decide it is the proper moment for you to buy it.
NO ORDER WILL BE FINISHED UNTIL WE GET YOUR APPROVAL ON THE PROOF YOU RECEIVE.
As COLORS CAN VARY FROM MONITOR TO MONITOR, please order a sample to avoid any misunderstanding.
