Shipping depends on the item being sold. Always through USPS unless otherwise.
I will always ship as soon as I can. Sometimes I get busy so your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated!! Typical processing time is 3-5 days, but never more than a week unless specified.
Once it is shipped out please know that it is no longer under my control as it is under the care of USPS at that point. If anything happens please just message me and I can help you as best as I can, but I'm not responsible for USPS actions. Sometimes tracking updates are slow, and things happen on USPS end of things too, so don't worry too soon!
** To keep my shipping & handling charges low, I do occasionally upcycle and re-use packing supplies such as package envelopes I use package envelopes that are in good condition, and use decorating means to cover up any marks or previous labels! :) This is a plus on saving paper/plastic (yay earth!! and recycling!!!), and easy on your pocket, so please excuse the used-nature of packaging if this is the case. ^_^ ** (But I do use new envelopes aswell!)
Payment is accepted through Paypal or Direct Checkout. The product will not begin/ship if payment is not received.
Returns & exchanges
There is NO REFUNDS for mis-communication or lack of information for an order. After every purchase, I always message the buyer if they forgot to include information such as size, color and etc to give them a 1-2 days-span to message me back with the needed information, and if that information is not provided I clearly state the default option I go for in the description of the item and in the message I send to the buyer. So once the product is received the customer complains about it being not the size or color they wanted, a refund/return is only acceptable if it was a mistake on my part.
If the package is damaged during delivery, I require a picture(s) of proof before discussing any replacements or refunds.
I always test my products for durability before shipping out, and I also include a reminder to be careful with specific products if being gentle is a must in handling and usage. If your product happens to break while usage in some way within 30 days of delivery and you wish to get a replacement product, you must PROVIDE A PICTURE as proof and pay for the product replacement's shipping if your order was previously under $10. (any order over $10 is eligible for free replacement shipping)
