These are the double sided, Stainless Steel swivels everyone (ok.. mostly glassblowers) have been talking about! Made in USA, Rochester, MN. 304 Stainless- will not rust under normal use. Don't put them in bleach, strong acid, or, I've been told, blood. (304 is the slightly magnetic stainless) This also means the swivel is lightweight. Double Sided- 2 swivels in one. Straight swivels will last twice as long. If one side does bind up, you have the chance to see that happen, and to catch it, since the other side will be spinning.
The 3/8ths inch swivels are generally used on lathes, due to their larger size and weight. They allow for greater airflow, and can alleviate some back-pressure problems encountered with larger vessels. CARE instructions: clean with soap and water every 3-6 months, and immediately lubricate with lightweight oil. 3 in 1 is fine. This keeps the water from drying, and causing hard water buildup. If your water is especially hard, wash with rubbing alcohol. If you've gotten hard water buildup, try soaking the swivel overnight in vinegar.

Satisfaction is guaranteed. Contact me if you want a refund. You can then ship the item back with tracking and I suggest insurance. If I receive the item I sent, and it is not damaged due to misuse, a refund will be issued. This should be taken care of within a month.
