Returns & exchanges
Satisfied customers are very important to us. We will do our best to ensure you have a positive experience and are happy with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price MINUS-- shipping cost within 14 days of your purchase. We will offer an exchange for requests received after the 14 days.
-Item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original material included.
-Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
-All certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with your merchandise.
-All jewelry will undergo quality checks before we give a full return.
HOW TO RETURN IT:
-All customers are responsable for the cost of the shipping, handling, and insurance.

-When you package your return you must include all original packaging and cetificates.
-You have to insure your package to the value of your purchase with a tracking number.
-Packaging must be sent via trackable courier at buyer’s expense.
