We ship Monday - Friday. Your order can take up to 3 business days to ship out of our store. We don't process shipping on the weekends. If you purchase on a Friday it may not ship until Tuesday.
We ship out first class. If you would like to change the shipping method or add insurance to your package please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
We will ship international. Contact us and we will come up with a quote for shipping charges for you to approve.
Returns & exchanges
Partial packages can not be refunded No refunds after 30 days No returns after 30 days Please have copy of original invoice with notes as to why you are returning the merchandise in package. All returns must be in its original packaging.
Special orders can be tricky. We normally do not refund on special orders but exceptions can be made with approval.
If there is a problem with the product due to our negligence we will refund the shipping on the return of the product and replace it promptly.
If the post office shows that they delivered the item, and you say that you did not received the item, we will reship the item.
