I make every effort to process (pack and ship) your order as quickly as possible, within 3-5 business days. (Monday to Friday) while making sure that your order is both accurate and carefully packaged.

Items sent within the US will arrive via First Class Mail. Should you request insurance, the cost is your responsibility. International customers will receive their packages via First Class International mail. This, is not trackable.
Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.
We WILL NOT be responsible for any lost or damaged packages during shipping. If you are afraid of lost mail, please do consider Registered shipping.

Damaged items during shipping. I have all items packed carefully before i send them out. But if during shipping any accident happens that damaged the item/package, I do not do refund for it.
Lost of package I do not do refund for the item nor pay for the shipping again.
If your post office do not have your package sent to you for any reason by them. And if it gets back to me in the end, you have to pay for the shipping to have it back and I do not do refund for it.
Currently accept Paypal and Credit Cards only. Sales tax will be added to all orders being shipped to California.

•If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you may return your order within 3 days from the day you receive the package.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns. Please note that allchains, sale items are not returnable.
•Custome Orders are not returnable.
• All items must be in their original condition/undamaged/unused. Please keep their original packaging. If items show any signs of use, we will not refund. • Shipping fees, insurance fees, taxes are nonrefundable. • Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
