Returns & exchanges

Because I give comprehensive descriptions, include measurements and provide clear photos of the items listed... I usually do not accept returns or give refunds.
However, under some circumstances...I can make exceptions. If you have concerns with a purchase, please convo me within 1 day of receiving your purchase to discuss the matter. If and when a return is agreed upon, the package must be shipped back to me within 2 days of the agreement.
If an item is returned, the purchase price minus a 15% re-stocking fee will be refunded to your account. I am sorry, but shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Additional policies

I usually ship with the USPS with a delivery confirmation on domestic parcels.
I do not purchase extra insurance on a package unless it's stated in the listing that the item will be insured upon shipment (higher priced items and fragile items).
If you wish to have your package insured, please convo me and I will add that charge to your shipping.
