Payment is to be made at the time of purchase via PayPal. *PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all your transaction information secure. You do NOT need your own PayPal account to use the service. *If payment is not received within 48 hours and no communication has been received regarding your order, the sale will be canceled and the item re-listed.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I definitely want you to be happy with your one-of-a-kind mosaic so if for some reason you are not pleased, convo me and we will work together on a solution.
The mosaic will need to be returned, wrapped and packaged with the same care I use, with confirmation/tracking number provided to me.
Shipping costs will NOT be refunded and there is a 20% restock fee on all return items (based on cost of item)
Custom orders, because they are unique and made to specific instructions, cannot be returned.
Item must be returned within 3 days after the buyer receives it.
If a return is accepted, I will give a Merchandise Credit of the original item minus the shipping charge within 10 days after receiving the item in its original condition.
