WHAT'S INCLUDED

Pictured Engagement Sticker Set. May be purchased as a Digital Order OR a Print Order.

Digital Orders will receive a NON-EDITABLE 2" Diameter Sticker Set Files & Letter Sized Sticker Printing and Cutting Template. Customers will receive a High Resolution JPEG & PDF File Set.

Print Orders will be printed on a Smooth 70 LB Text Label Stock.

Paper, Font, Graphics & Hand Leafing Color may be customized & personalized! Font & Graphics Color may be customized and personalized up to 2 colors!


HOW TO ORDER & TURNAROUND TIME

Kindly select a Sticker Purchase Option and a Print Order Option.

In the NOTE TO SELLER section, please note the desired Font & Graphics Color(s) & the Couple's Names.

First Round Digital Proofs are typically emailed within 2 to 3 days after ALL customer order information has been received.

3 Free Rounds of Drafting are included. Additional Drafts are charged $5.00 Per Draft.

Print Orders WILL NOT go into Print Production until we have received a customer's Final Digital Proof Approval.

ONCE APPROVED, your order will be produced and shipped within 2 to 3 days.

TURNAROUND TIME MAY VARY, and will be heavily dependent on a customer's specific order needs as well as how quickly we receive a customer's order information, drafting corrections and final proof approval.


SHIPPING

Digital Orders will be shipped electronically via Email or Dropbox depending on file package size.

Print Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail Box.


RETURN POLICY

Due to the highly customized and personalized nature of this item, we unfortunately do not offer Returns for this item. The sale will be a final sale.

Customers may Cancel their order, but only before receiving a Digital Proof. Once a Digital Proof has been emailed, the Period for Cancelation will no longer be available.

Only items with an error made by Dina Paola Designs will be promptly fixed and replaced at no charge to the customer.


DIGITAL FILE USE & COPYRIGHT

Customers may use and print our Digital Designs & Creations at home or they may work with a local or online printer! We strongly encourage our customers to work with Professional Local & Online Printers to ensure the best printing quality. We recommend use of the PDF File for printing on paper & card stock, and the JPEG File for photo printing, email or web.

Our Turnaround Times vary from item to item, and depends heavily on the needed artwork & production requirements and how quickly we receive a customer's order information, drafting corrections & proof approvals. We typically create a Digital First Round Proof for customers within 2 to 3 days that is sent to their Etsy Email. Once a customer has approved their Final Order Proof, their order will go into production and will be shipped out within 48 hours of being completed. Any delays due to weather, season, etc., will be posted in our Shop Announcements. Orders with any outstanding Custom Order Listings or Invoices will not be shipped until such items have been appropriately settled.

It's ok - DON'T PANIC! While many of the items in our shop are Final Sale, we are ALWAYS willing to listen and see what we can do to help! We kindly ask and strongly encourage customers to please reach out to us first and give us the opportunity to try to help fix what's gone wrong. Orders with errors made by Dina Paola Designs will be fixed & replaced immediately and free of charge. Yes! We ABSOLUTELY do offer Custom Artwork Services! Most of the items in our shop already include options for Customization and Personalization free of charge. Additionally, some items in our shop are listings for completely Custom Artwork Services, and we encourage customers to take a look through those to see if they might meet their needs!

For customers who still don't see what they are looking for, pricing for Custom Artwork Services varies from request to request, and typically ranges between $15 for Small Graphics to $350 for Small Business Logo Packages. Customers interested in Custom Artwork Services should please contact us with their request. Once a Mock Up has been selected, customers will receive 3 free rounds of drafting to iron out the final design details. Any Additional Drafts will be charged a $5.00 per Additional Draft Fee.
