We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please check listing for shipping prices since they may vary.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and European Union Countries. Most Items shipped within 1-3 business days from the time payment is received. If you would like your items insured during shipping, please contact me. Custom Made or special made items may take 1-2 weeks for delivery.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Some countries charge various customs fees, VAT and/or handling fees on imported merchandise. Robins Nest does not charge or collect these fees and they are not included in the price paid at checkout. Buyer is responsible for paying any international customs fees, taxes, VAT, handling charges or other fees imposed by the receiving Country. Customs fees and taxes will vary. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions or concerns about these fees
Packages sometimes could be delayed by customs in the receiving country. Some packages may be opened by the customs agents in the receiving country. Please review guidelines for International mail transactions in your particular Country for details.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds and Exchanges are available up to 15 days after receipt of purchase or 7 days after delivery. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase, for instructions on returning or exchanging. Returns from the buyer will only be accepted with pre arranged Return Authorization from the Seller. Refund for the cost of item only (Shipping Charges are not refunded) will be issued after all items are received by Seller The merchandise must be in brand new, unused, original condition, and include all items shipped. Partial returns will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for purchase of return shipping with a tracking number. If Exchanging, Buyer is also responsible for paying new shipping cost Returns/Exchanges must be postmarked no later than 15 days after delivery to be eligible for a refund/exchange
(NOTE: Buyer accepts all risk for refusal of delivery/return to sender. Refunds will not be issued on lost packages. Shipping cost will not be refunded. A handling fee of $5.00 will be deducted from refund on orders that were not accepted at delivery and marked return to sender)
Custom Made, Custom Requests and sale items are not refundable. An exchange or a credit will be issued as per the Refund Policy above.
Cut fabric or trim is not returnable or refundable and is sold as final sale
Custom Item orders may require an additional 1 to 2 weeks before shipping.
