Mailing wrap labels are a great alternative to battling your printer and printing envelopes. Totally custom designed with your return address and printed guest address. Customer will need to provide excel list with guest address information.
Items are usually shipped UPS or FED EX Ground, signature required and insured. Signature is waived only at the express permission of customer. Samples usually first class or priority mail. Items going to the east cost may also ship Priority mail.
Invitation orders: 50% deposit required up front; balance due at time invites are ready to ship. We prefer our customers to order a sample from Etsy first before placing their final orders.
Returns & exchanges
In the event your event is cancelled, deposits are NON REFUNDABLE as pockets, cut stocks and custom papers cannot be returned.
Damages due to shipping will need to be documented before any monetary refund is approved.
Hours and Availability Email is the quickest way to reach me; I usually return phone messages same day or 1 business day the latest. I tend to do most design work over the weekend and reserve the week days for correspondence and production. If you are local and would like to set up an appointment to meet, that is fine. Please contact me to set up a time/date.
Minimum quantities I have no minimum quantities on custom designed invites or stationery; Need a small or large amount, no problem. However, I do suggest ordering 5-10 extra over what your guest list is because reprints are costly. This way you have extra’s in case invites are destroyed or returned to sender.
Materials Used? I get pocket folds and card stocks from a variety of sources depending on the color and size needed. I tend to print the majority of my invites on Stardream Metallics and Neenah Brand Papers. I do however use Curious Metallics, Aspire Petallics, Cardstock from Paper Accents and a few other lines. Most of these lines do use some sort of post consumer recycled product if you are looking for an environmental friendly stock.
I want to order, how do I do that?? Great! Im so excited to be working with you on your fabulous invites. This is how my process works.
• After you’ve seen your initial (non custom ) sample and have informed me of the materials you want to use, quantity and other specs, I will draft a quote for you to review via email. • Once you approve the quote, I will prepare a deposit invoice for you. This can be done either via paypal, mailing a check/money order, or taking the cc: info over the phone. A 50% deposit is required up front to order your materials and put you in the production que and start designing your invitation layout. • I will send invitation drafts after the provided wording is sent. (Please send it in a word document or email, no fancy formatting is necessary.) • I will then begin your invitation layouts and send drafts via email. Feel free to pick these apart, make changes, etc. It’s not perfect until you to tell me so. Once the invitation layer is approved, I will do the insert drafts to match, also sent via email for you to review, change, etc. • Once all these components are approved, I will put a sample for approval into production. THIS IS YOUR CUSTOM SAMPLE and will be sent via USPS or UPS (depending on the time frame); This is how your invitation will look upon completion and your job to review it for color, grammar, spelling, etc. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IF YOU HAVE APPROVED YOUR SAMPLE THAT WAY. • Once I get your approval on the invitation they will go into production. Fonts for your envelope printing will be sent to you at this time. If I am guest addressing, I will need an excel file with the guests addresses for digital calligraphy. Envelope proofs will be sent for approval via email.
Printing Schedule Once you approve your final invitation sample, and envelope proofs its usually 2-3 weeks production time. Often times it is quicker, but depending on the season, that is pretty accurate.
I suggest ordering as early as possible for your wedding or event. Most weddings should use an 8 week mail time, allowing 4 weeks of that time for replies. If you need a rush date or need me to accommodate an earlier mail time, please inform me so I can make production schedule adjustments.
Can you do other matching items? Yes!! I can do all of your other stationer needs for your event from Table number cards, Escort cards, Menus, Donation cards, Favors, Programs, etc. I can coordinate everything and carry the design through to your other items.
