This listing is for the cost of re-shipping an item to a customer due to an error in shipping the first time. Items will be shipped USPS First Class Mail with Tracking Numbers provided to the customer via customer conversations.


FAQs

I do not have access to a list of cars and steering wheel sizes, though the steering wheel covers are made for the standard size 15", which is what most cars have. If you would like to be sure, just measure your steering wheel from the very bottom straight up to the very top, and that should give you the measurement (the diameter). If it is a different size, just let me know! Important: You are responsible for the fit of your item: if you need it to be tailored, I will gladly alter your item (i.e. take off one, two, inches etc.) to fit your steering wheel exactly, free of charge. By purchasing your steering wheel cover, you agree to release the seller, Beau Fleurs Accessories, LLC, from any liability. This item is for decoration only.

The items can be washed, however they would need to be washed on a very delicate cycle with cold wash. After they are washed, the bows need to be fluffed flat immediately and everything needs to be line dried. They can be touched up with a warm iron if necessary after they are dry, as they may become wrinkled during washing.

I gladly accept custom orders. To start this process, simply send me a conversation with a general idea (it is even more helpful if you can include pictures or references to other items of mine that have a similar feel to what you are looking for) and we will begin work! If we choose to special order a fabric, or I do not have it in stock (i.e. it is not one of my standard items already listed), a $5 additional charge to cover the cost of the fabric will apply. This does not apply to different mixes of fabrics already in my stock. The whole process timeline can vary, do to the specific nature of your requests. I will do my best to get your item to you as quickly as possible!

Due to a high volume of orders, please expect approximately 1-2 weeks of processing time for your cover from date of sale. I am very excited to get your item to you, and will ship it as fast as I can, however each item is made by hand, and therefore takes a bit of time. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

I will ship each item, or groups of items as they fit, in a bubble mailer to protect them from damage that they may receive in the shipping process. Each is wrapped in clear wrapping to protect them from any damage the plastic of the bubbles might cause on the delicate fabrics, though that would be a rare situation. Please be very careful when opening your items: items can and do shift during shipping! Best practice is to cut the lip of the bubble mailer, rather than to cut into the top of the bubble mailer, to avoid inadvertently slicing into a product that may have shifted. Beau Fleurs is not responsible for damage caused by cutting into your item with a scissors or other sharp implement.

If the shipping address you provide is incorrect, once the item is shipped to you, I cannot be responsible for any issues that may occur with the post office. If your item is returned to me via the USPS for any reason, i.e. "Undeliverable", "Address Does not Exist", or "Return to Sender", you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to ship to the new address.

Please note: international and overseas shipments can take up to 6 weeks due to customs delays, including items shipped to Canada. On international orders, items will be classified on the customs form as Merchandise: I cannot classify any item purchased from my store as a Gift. In addition, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes, and additional postage fees that may be incurred by the package due to your countries' specific requirements.

I strive to provide the best customer service possible: due to high volume of orders around the holidays, the final day to place an order for a custom listing is December 3rd, 2017, or for a standard design cover is December 17th, 2017, in order to receive it by Christmas. (This timeline applies to Domestic U.S. shipping orders: international and APO boxes, please plan accordingly). All custom orders placed after November 30th, 2017 (or pre-designed orders after December 17th, 2015) will be shipped in accordance with the standard processing time provided in the listing, though we will certainly do our best to continue to get your order to you as fast as possible.
