DOMESTIC ORDERS: Most orders will ship out within one business day. Shipments in the U.S. usually takes 2-5 days to be delivered. Please contact your local post office for lost or delayed mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Most orders will ship out within one business day. International orders may take additional shipping days due to customs processing. Orders usually take 7 or more days. All orders go through USPS first class and tracking number will not go beyond the United States. Priority shipping may be purchased and include: faster delivery time, insurance coverage and updated tracking information (see link below).
*INSURANCE coverage is NOT included in shipping prices, please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your order.
Orders will either be ship in envelopes, boxes or weatherproof mailing bags depending on the items ordered. Please verify shipping address is correct prior to placing an order. If no contact for change of shipping address is made beforehand we will not be held liable for lost or non-received packages.

IMPORTANT: Once order has shipped out with USPS, Berry Blossoms Supplies is not responsible for delayed, lost or misdelivered packages. Any issues will have to be resolved with post office by buyer.

PLEASE NOTE Paypal orders will not be shipped until payment clears. This can take 1-4 days depending on your account. Orders with any payment dispute will not be shipped until it is resolved. Payment is due within one week of placing the order. If payment is not received then the order will be canceled and item(s) will be relisted.
If you would like to cancel an order you must notify us before your order is shipped. If the order is shipped then it cannot be canceled.
Returns & exchanges
Returns can only be made seven (7) days after the order is received by the customer. Customer are responsible for all return shipping fees. All returned items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging or the return will not be accepted. All prior shipping fees are non-refundable.
