Once your payment has cleared and you have sent all info in full, your item will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account. * If you require the email to be sent to a different account please include the email address in your notes to seller. *for E-check payments, your final file(s) will only be sent after payment has cleared.

Samples will be sent via email within 48hrs of receiving all required information from you. Emails will be sent to the address on your etsy account, unless otherwise specified by you in your order. A high quality jpeg or PDF file will be sent to you for printing.
All files are sent via email. No physical items are mailed unless otherwise specified.
Once you confirm your order and that all information is correct, your file will be deleted. If you require edits after your file is deleted an editing fee will apply (invite will have to be recreated). It is your responsibility to make sure the info is all correct BEFORE confirmation.
Turnaround for all items is listed from 24-48hrs. If you require a file sooner you can purchase the rush fee which can be found in the shop.
Payment must be made prior to me sending a sample of the invitation/item to you. If you email me prior to making a payment, there are no time guarantees. Orders that are paid have priority.
Payments made by E-Check will only be delivered after the E-Check has cleared. A proof will be sent in the meantime.
Returns & exchanges
Due to the digital, one time use nature of our products, refunds are not available. If you would like another size of product other than stated in the listing description, you must state so AT TIME of purchase, NOT after the final item has been sent to you. If you wait until after, an editing fee may apply.
