Customer satisfaction is my number one priority! I thoroughly enjoy each and every item that I make, and I strive for your enjoyment, as well.
I adhere to shipping deadlines and use the service of USPS. My products are thoughtfully and lovingly packaged, but the cost of packing materials are NOT added into your shipping costs. My shipping charges are calculated according to the current postal rates.
Returns & exchanges
If the buyer returns an item for a refund, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges, unless the return is due to seller error.
The seller will provide a full refund, upon the receipt of the returned item(s), minus the shipping charges. The shipping charges have already been paid by the seller for the service, and are not considered as part of the product cost.
I work alone, as most of you, and we wear many hats. I have absolutely no huge monetary expectations, and my motivating factor is to present my items as creative, entertaining, "sure, I don't need it, but I gotta have it" products that I would purchase myself.
All artists are aware that there is no way to price items for the full amount of blood, sweat and tears that are involved in turning out a product to one's own level of perfection. I put a lot of thought into presenting a well made product at a reasonable and affordable price.
After all, let's be real; I just use most of my funds to purchase YOUR fabulous Etsy items. Ah, yes, it's the circle of life.
