Fujix makes the most beautiful threads, and here is a real treat. Hand dyed in persimmon tannin (Kakishibu - 柿渋), a traditional Japanese technique that makes rich wood-toned hues, these threads are perfect for working with vintage indigo cottons. They may be used for sashiko but are thinner than most standard sashiko threads.
Each skein is 20 meters long, size #6. Sashiko thread is closer to size #8.
Suzumecha（Sparrow Head Brown） Brown, such as seen on the head of the sparrow. 雀茶（すずめちゃ） 雀の頭部に見るような茶色。
Color #4 is a rich russet red-brown shade. The last photo shows #4 second from the top. I do my best to accurately represent colors, but there will be differences between your monitor and mine. Thank you for understanding.
