Middle sized felting roller with a really effective grooved surface and handles. It is the result of a collaboration between designer Niki Collier and artist Nicola Brown. It works a treat when making felt with patterns such as nuno felt and patchwork felt as it helps fibres find the right way in faster and more effectively. It is also a winner when fulling heavy, thick felt as in the rug pictured here! It is also the one thing that tames resilient fibres such as Galway wool fast and without too much fuss.
Its total length is 50cms. The active rolling width of 30cms. It is the most versatile tool and it is very popular with beginners and full time practitioners as it is easy to use and transport . Please note that this listing is for ONE medium size felting roller, the image of all our felting tools allows you to see the range and compare sizes.
Handmade and hard wearing, all 'niki & niki' felting tools may be personalised with your own name for an additional $8 up to a total of 10 digits including spaces. Never lose a valued piece of felting equipment again!
If you would like to add your initials or name to this roller please just leave a message with your order and we will send you a separate PayPal invoice for this service.
NB Currently we don't have a separate postage charge for multiple orders but if you would like to order several felting tools at the one time we can post them in one package if you specify that with the order. In this case we will refund you any P&P costs if this is cheaper, otherwise each item may be sent individually!
