Included is the “Helpful Cutting - Sewing Instructions Pattern #8485”
This pattern is cut and is complete with all eleven pieces. The envelope shows very little wear in the form of slight discoloration.
I package all patterns carefully. They are sandwiched between cardboard and then into a plastic bag prior to putting it into the envelope for shipping. For pattern description please see photo #3 and click the ‘zoom’ feature for easy reading.
I gently handle the pieces while I count them against the map on the back of the pattern. If any are missing I note it in the listing description.

If you live locally you may opt out of the shipping cost by picking the item up at a predetermined location. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the item(s), its destination from our zip code and the packaging materials needed for it to arrive to you. We do not inflate shipping costs to pad the profit of an item. Shipping materials that are included within the shipping costs are: boxes, padded envelopes, packaging tape, packaging materials (bubble wrap, peanuts, tissue paper…), paper for the invoices, computer ink, and time involved in packaging up orders.
It’s possible for us to combine shipping costs when you purchase two or more items from our shop. However, you MUST convo us first. We will give you a quoted shipping price for all items and then reserve the items just for you. Please do not purchase items and then ask for combine shipping.
We ship using USPS First Class Mail. Item(s) will ship within 3-5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Your purchase is packaged by using recycled items. As many boxes as possible that can be recycled will be used. All boxes and packaging materials are clean. You may receive your purchase in a cereal box but rest assured, all boxes will be sturdy enough for your item and size appropriate. We believe in being as green as we can with all shipping materials.
All orders include a convo from us with tracking/shipping information.
Expedited shipping is available. If you need your package quicker that sending it USPS First Class Mail please convo us and we can upgrade your shipping rate for an additional fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Any and all Customs and Duties fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Customers: We will ship outside of the US and Canada. Convo us for details if your country is not listed in our shipping list. There is a customs declaration that is required on all packages sent outside of the US. We visibly mark the true selling price of the item(s) purchased. Buyers are responsible for the payment of any taxes or duties that may occur by importing to your country. Buyers are responsible for any additional costs which may occur.
Sometimes items get lost while in transit. Because of this we will not issue a refund for lost or damaged items. Per the USPS packages come with a standard amount of insurance. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit, please convo us BEFORE you check out to arrange insurance at an additional cost. We cannot be responsible for a package once we put it in the hands of the USPS. This includes theft after the package has been delivered to your mailing address. It is your responsibility to have the place of delivery a safe place for parcels to be placed.
Do not leave neutral or negative feedback unless you have contacted us and we have offered a solution to any issue that may arise for your transaction. We want every transaction to be successful, allow us to do all we can.

The payment option of "Other" is for buyers who will be choosing to use local pick-up because the item(s) purchased are too large to ship or if the buyer wants to save on shipping costs. Please only choose this payment option if we have all agreed on the terms of delivery.
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Choosing PayPal means the funds are nearly immediately taken from your account and delivered to ours. This makes for us to ship items quicker.
If you choose to use your credit card please be aware of the following: -Funds from your account will be transferred to Etsy. -Etsy will then transfer our portion of the funds to our bank account.
Although the process of using your credit card is immediate, we will not ship the purchase out until our bank has received the funds. Sometimes this can take up to 7 business days.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be absolutely pleased with what you have purchased. Our policies are fair and we would appreciate them if we were our own customer.
If for some reason the piece you ordered did not please you, follow this policy: -Please contact us with your concern within 7 calendar days of receiving your package. -When we receive it and have looked it over and it is in the SAME condition as it was when we listed it we can then refund it. -If an item is going to be returned it will need to be sent back to us in its original condition and packaged the same way as it was when it was sent to you by us; this includes purchasing additional insurance when applicable. -We will reimburse the cost of the item minus the shipping fees. The shipping fees cannot be refunded as it covers the following: materials used to package orders which include boxes, padded envelopes, packaging tape, packaging materials (bubble wrap, peanuts, tissue paper…), paper for the invoices, computer ink, and time involved in packaging up orders, gas used to take the item to the Post Office and to re-photograph the item when necessary and finally to re-stock the item.
SOME ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If an item cannot be returned it will say so in the product's listing.
Neither of us are or ever were smokers. We do have a non-allergenic dog that's as big as a slipper, who does not smoke either. However, the items we have reclaimed may have come from a home whose previous owners smoked or owned pets. The items in our shop had a life before us and we don’t know how wild of a life they led. Please do not expect your item to be spanking new looking. We have gently cleaned items prior to photographing and listing them. After that they have been stored in the archive room. Your item may arrive to you in need of another cleaning. We purposely do not scrub items perfectly clean as many owners want the patina that comes with vintage items.
We have honestly described our items as they are, chipped, cracked, worn… Please note, some items, especially porous ones, can absorb smells from where they’ve been stored prior to us claiming them. We do not buy items that are grossly smelly . We also know everyone’s sense of smell is subjective.
