USA shoppers: an item scanned by the Post Office as being delivered to you home is not my responsibility to reimburse you; that is between you and the post office.
Items we agree to be returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping. When the item has been received in the condition it was in when sent to you, you will be refunded the amount of the order including the original shipping.
Vintage patterns and books, due to their age and use, will have envelopes with marks, store stamps, writing, creases, small rips, taped tears, yellowing or other wear. Pattern pieces and direction sheets, unless noted, are complete and in usable condition.
It is to your advantage to buy as much from any one shop as possible, mine or anyone else's. Shipping is so much less per item. For example a one item in a flat rate box costs as much as stuffing the flat rate box full. This goes for envelopes as well.
The cost savings is the greatest in the USA but holds true worldwide as well.
