We ship all domestic orders over $50 First Class Insured Mail. Orders under $ 50 will be shipped First Class Mail with tracking.If you prefer Priority, Overnight, FedEx or UPS, that is available for an upgrade fee- please ask us to arrange that for you. Most orders are shipped within five business days and often are shipping within two business days.If there is a delay, such as I need to order a stone or I will be out of town, you will be notified immediately. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All orders are shipped First Class Registered Mail for a cost of $27.50. ( Canada is $22.50) This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks to arrive. We are not responsible for customs delays, which can extend to even 8 weeks. Registered mail is the most secure way to ship, as the package is tracked along the way.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that the buyer is responsible for all import duty fees and /or taxes at customs. These fees are not included in your purchase price. All forms will be filled out accurately, based on the value of the shipment. We currently ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Costa Rica, Denmark, UK,Switzerland and are adding more countries.We cannot ship to countries that do not allow jewelry.

Cancellation Policy: Within 2 hours please. We attempt to make each order as quickly as possible. Orders cancelled within 2 hours receive a full refund. If your order has already been shipped: We will refund you the amount of the purchase after we receive the item back,in original condition. We do not refund shipping charges once the item has been shipped.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us ASAP. Returns must be pre-authorized and requested within 3 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot accept returns on rings that are smaller than size 6 or larger than size 8, as they have been custom made for your order.Shipping charges are not refundable, unless there has been an error on our part. Shipping overages over $2.00 are refunded. Made-to-order pieces are NOT REFUNDABLE. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable.
All of my pieces have a lifetime guarantee for the workmanship of the piece. We cannot be responsible for broken chains, since we do not make the chains. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
