Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
• No Refunds or Exchanges to items that may be lost or stolen when shipped. • No Refunds on international orders • If a customer choses to return a item they will have to pay for the return postage and will receive only the cost if the item in return (no shipping refunds). Refund will be given after item is received and inspected.
