We usually ship USPS First Class within 24 hours of completed payment. We hate to wait, and we don't want you to wait longer than necessary to receive your shipment. We are shipping from the Salt Lake City, UT area in the US (Mountain Time Zone). Only USPS First Class Mail that qualifies as a package (over 3/4" thick) receives any tracking number. If you want that service, please upgrade your shipping.
We set up international shipping rates based on "worst-case" charges. We don't want to make or lose money on shipping. If you have paid more than we paid, we will round the charges and refund the difference. We want to make a profit, but not on shipping!
We have added upgraded shipping options. These options will appear in the cart when you start to check out. There are options for the US, for Canada, and for all other countries. There is no tracking with First Class; the other options include tracking.
As for Priority Mail 2-3 Day guarantees, this is the statement from USPS:
"In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2 or 3 business
days and is based on origin, destination and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee."
As of 2017, Iwe have only had them fail to deliver in the 2-3 day window twice.
