All items come nicely wrapped in bubble wrap, washi tape and placed in an organza bag.
Please ensure that your address is up to date on both your Etsy and Paypal accounts. If you are buying an item as a gift, please specify which address you want the item shipped to (if it is different from the billing address).
Always use the Etsy conversation messaging system as oppose to email to ensure that your message is received.
All orders will be processed with in 72 hours (once payment is confirmed) and shipped via First-class parcel service with tracking (delivery = 2-5 days)* You can expect to receive your about a week
I am not responsible for items lost in the mail, or non delivery of items when tracking has confirmed delivery. If you would like, you can add on shipping insurance and signature confirmation to reduce the likelihood of this occurring.
*Except for large, custom and/or international orders. However they will be processed a.s.a.p. :)

If you do not have PayPal, you can pay with a credit card without having a PayPal account. Just click on the PayPal icon at the checkout and then choose your credit card preference and follow the prompts. Here is a link to help guide you through the process:
No returns or exchanges can be made past 2 weeks of purchase unless the item is faulty or there has been an error on my part.
If you are in need of discussing the possibility of a return/exchange with me, please contact me within 3 days of receipt to discuss the situation and return the item unworn, unwashed, unaltered , with the original box/package, etc... ~ Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned. ~ Custom orders and engraved items cannot be returned. Unless there was an error made on my part, I will happily exchange your order.
Returned items must be sent in the original or comparable packaging. I reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange for any reason. Please do not send any merchandise back without contacting me first. Once the item has been received, a refund will be made minus the shipping cost and a 20% restock/processing/handling fee.
*Custom/bridal orders are final and cannot be returned, unless there has been some error in my part or the piece is faulty.
