Orders received before noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST) are usually shipped the same day. If you order before 4 pm (EST), we'll try to get your order to the USPS post office to begin it's journey to you.
If you are shipping to a different address than what the USPS shipping calculator estimates for shipping, please change the address before you process your order.
If the shipping costs more to ship to an alternative address, we will notify you of the difference in shipping. We will not process your order if the shipping costs were under estimated until we receive a reply from you that the balance owed to KrissesKorner is acceptable. Please check your messages on Etsy. If we do not hear back from you, we will cancel your order and refund your money.
If the shipping costs less to ship to an alternative address, we will process your order and refund the monies owed to you. Your order will not be delayed for this instance.
We accept visa, mastercard, american express, discover, Etsy gift cards, and paypal which we understand to accept many forms of payments.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as you can. Item must be in original condition that we shipped it to you in - brand new - first quality merchandise. Customer is responsible to pay return shipping of merchandise. We do not refund the cost of initial shipping. The refund will be for the cost of the returned item. The refund will be given upon our receipt of brand new - first quality merchandise.
Returns & exchanges
Damages: We inspect, carefully package, and ship brand new, first quality merchandise to you. If for any reason, you receive an item that has been damaged during its' journey to you, please contact us immediately.
What you do: 1. Send us a message that your item arrived damaged. 2. Send us a photo of the damaged packaging. 3. Send us a photo of the damaged item.
We will do: 1. We file an insurance claim with USPS. 2. We will send you a replacement item immediately upon receipt of the photos.
Sadly, accidents do happen when items are in transit. We work hard to get your replace your item quickly.
We guarantee that we ship you brand new - first quality merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can discuss options.
