I ship first class USPS on small orders and anything over 4 items will go priority shipping. Shipping will be combined on multiple items and you will receive a shipping discount on each additional item purchased in the same order.

**ATTENTION International Buyers** Your country may impose a tax or customs fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay this VAT. Some countries have higher thresholds than others. I would encourage that you contact your local post office or customs office for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to too many problems with theft, I do not ship to Italy or Mexico. If you are from these countries and have placed an order, I will promptly cancel and refund in full. I apologize for the inconvenience.


Payments

Credit card payments are accepted through direct checkout or paypal. You choose at checkout. For custom orders payment is expected before I start work on your order. Placing your order puts you in queue.
Sales tax will be added for Ohio residents.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I aim to please and if you aren't happy with your item, please return it for a full refund within two weeks of ordering. I am easy to work with and will offer you either a refund or a replacement.

REFUND POLICY ON CUSTOM ORDERS:
Full refund if buyer cancels within the first week of placing the order. If I have already started the order please contact me to discuss it as I take these on a case by case basis. In some cases issuing store credit may be appropriate.

For in stock (non custom items), once the order is shipped, if you want a refund, please return the item within 2 weeks for refund. Return shipping will be refunded if something is fault of the seller. For buyer's remorse, I will refund minus shipping.

FAQs

1. Can I put my own photo in?
No, my items are all hand soldered and your image will be completely enclosed between two pieces of glass.

2. Are these factory made frames?
No, these are completely handcrafted and custom made using the same soldering technique as stained glass artists use. The craftsmanship gives them an heirloom quality to be enjoyed for years.

3. Can you incorporate my wedding colors? Yes! I love to customize according to your style and will work with you after your order is placed to achieve what you want.

4. Can I use two photos, one on each side instead of wording? Absolutely! These are two sided. You can choose wording or photo for the other side.

5. How many words can fit?
This varies so it's easiest if you let me know the wording you want to use and I can sometimes make it fit depending on the font I use. If I can't, we can discuss adjusting the phrase to something that will fit.

6. How do you package?
I ship in pretty organza pouches or lovely pillow boxes with a ribbon tied around it. I also include a care card with each piece so you will know how to polish it and keep it looking new.
