All items are shipped within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail if you require your item in a rush please drop me a line and I will do my best to get it shipped on the same day. Please note items are sent standard first class Royal Mail if you would like your item tracked and signed for or for guaranteed next day delivery please add the required delivery option to your purchase as this is available in my store.
Unfortunately I cannot be made responsible for any items that are lost in the post. Proof of postage can be provided and dispatched to you on the rare occasion that an item may go missing in the UK.
We ship some items worldwide please note these are dispatched via an economy service not tracked and can take up to 30 days at busy times. Please note I am not responsible for any items lost in the post, if you require tracked and signed for delivery please purchase the tracked and signed for service with your order.
International custom charges.
Buyers are responsible for any customs tax that may be charged on their bought goods. Each country varies with policies so please check this out before you order.
For confirmation of your dispatched item - please look out for an email via etsy confirming this.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are change your mind please let me know and I can arrange a refund for you however please note customers are liable for return shipping costs. Upon save receipt I can arrange a refund for you.
I can only cancel orders that haven't been dispatched.
