Item are dispatched from the UK with Royal Mail's 1st or 2nd class service. International postage is by airmail without tracking.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, personalised products within 1-3 working days, and items requiring a proof are sent within 1-2 working days of you approving your proof. An email will be sent to either your Etsy or Paypal email account informing you when your items have been posted.
UK delivery is estimated as 2-3 working days (please allow 7), for Europe 3-5 working days (please allow 14), and for the rest of the world 5-7 working days (please allow 28).
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you need your order sooner than usual then Express Delivery within the UK is available at the checkout on most products. A tracked shipping to the USA is available, estimated to arrive in 5-7 working days. Delivery is not guaranteed in this time frame.
We accept Paypal, credit/debit cards and Etsy Gift Cards.
Returns & exchanges
We strive to make sure that you are completely happy with your order from us, and we would encourage you to contact us if there is anything you wish to share regarding your order.
If you change your mind about a non-personalised item, you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging. If you wish to cancel a returnable item please let us know within 28 days of delivery. We’d recommend that you return the item using an appropriate Signed For service. Upon receipt of the item, we will be happy to issue a refund for the product cost, excluding all postage costs.
Please note that we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds for personalised items, due to their bespoke nature. Making digital proofs takes a little time, so if you change you mind once you have purchased a product that requires a digital proof, and have been sent the proof, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the product cost to cover this.
Most of the items that we sell are created by hand, and all orders are finished and packed by a real person, with checks made along the way with regard to the quality of your order.
In the unlikely event that your order contains faulty items, we will offer the option of a repair or replacement, or a full or partial refund. In this event, please let us know within 30 days of receipt and send us a photo of the item so that we can agree upon a suitable solution.
