We make sure to ship custom orders as quickly as possible. Most of our items are custom made and shipped within 2-5 business days, but some items can take little longer to complete. If you have specific deadline by which you need to receive your order, please contact us to assure we can meet your expectations.

To get an accurate shipping costs, load all your items into Etsy shopping cart when you are logged in to Etsy, then on the checkout screen you will see the accurate combined shipping cost for all items from our shop based on the shipping address you have on your account. We offer economy and air shipping by USPS and Fedex. All shipments are insured against loss and well packed. The default shipping method is always the economy shipping which costs less and shipping upgrades to air with their additional costs are available on the checkout screen. Shipping to USA and Worldwide on most of our items.

IMPORTANT: Standard INTERNATIONAL Shipping for SHIPMENTS up to 4 LBs is first class mail international which can take anywhere from 3 to 6 WEEKS in transit. For shipments outside of USA, please note that your country may impose CUSTOMS DUTY and local import taxes. We do not include the cost of customs duties, brokerage and import fees in our shipping costs, so please make sure to contact your local post office or customs office to find out if customs duties are payable upon receipt of the product you are purchasing.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
CANCELLATIONS:

We are work fast and check cancellations periodically during the day. However, we ask for you to cancel your order within 6 hours to prevent the order being completed.


RETRUNS:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you receive defective, damaged, incorrectly personalized or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by email using ETSY convos interface and include a picture of the item so we can arrange for free replacement that will be sent within 2-3 business days.

Please note that customized items ( we customize by print, embroidery, engraving ) cannot be resold. While we are happy to accept returns on non personalized items for 100% of the item purchase price, if you decide to return one that was personalized, we will be issuing refund in the 50 % of the original purchase price. So if you are doing a special color matching, size matching, material matching and are not sure if the item you are purchasing from us is a perfect match, order a non personalized one first, then you can always return it for full refund. If your non personalized item is a good match - then you can proceed with ordering fully personalized set. If you have questions about the item that are not answered in our online listing, please convo us and we will be happy to send additional photos and info on demand. This definitely prevents returns of products that are unwanted :-)

Additional policies

Custom orders are always welcome. Around major holidays we have to work overtime, even weekends just to keep up with the demand. We are totally obsessive about on time shipping, best quality, and ultimate customer satisfaction, we do not cut corners just to get the larger volume out. But during those peak times, we are unable to do custom orders since our shop resources and people are stretched to the max. So if you ask for a custom order during our peak times, we would let you know if our shop is unable to accept a custom work at that time and will let you know when we would be able to resume working special projects.
