SmallFavorites uses USPS in most cases. Our shipping charges are based on what they charge. Some items are shipped Priority and some First Class. More expensive items are usually insured. If you are interested in an item and want to make sure it will be insured you may want to message me before purchasing it so I can adjust the postage if necessary.
We usually ship within three days of purchase.
For expedited shipping please message before purchasing and we will find out what it will cost and make a reserved listing for you with the shipping adjusted.
Once shipped we will send notification with tracking number if applicable.
For international shipping please message us with your country and postal zip code and we will give you a shipping quote. Once you agree on terms we will make a reserved listing for you. Customs forms will be filled out and item shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided.

SmallFavorites accept most major credit cards, paypal and etsy gift cards. We can accept checks or money orders if contacted before hand. We must receive check or money order including shipping, it must clear the bank before your item will be shipped to you.
We can do layaway if you arrange ahead of time, you can send payments and when your item is paid in full including postage we will ship your item.
Orders can be canceled if you contact us immediately before item is shipped. Once it has been shipped we cannot refund any money until it is returned at buyers expense in the exact condition it was shipped.
Returns & exchanges
If your item is damaged during shipping when it arrives in the mail please contact us immediately to see if the item was insured. If insured we can contact postal service to try to collect any losses. Buyer will need to provide digital photos to seller so we can file a claim. If item is still sellable but buyer doesn't want to keep it, it should be shipped back to seller. Refund amounts will be negotiated depending on situation.
If we send you an item as it is pictured and the item is not damaged due to shipping but is not what you were expecting or has something wrong with it, please contact us immediately, do not try to fix it. Anything taken apart, glued, or tampered with in any way when returned to us will not be refunded.
We will accept returns if the item is in the EXACT condition it was shipped and is returned in a reasonable amount of time. Only then will we refund your money.
We strive to make our customers happy and try to pack our items well to protect them during shipping.
We try to thoroughly research our vintage items and provide good photos and descriptions and price them fairly.
Any unusual request can be messaged to us and we will try our best to work with you with any questions or requests.
