FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: You can expect to receive orders 3-6 business days after shipment. Sometimes it takes longer, especially to the western provinces. Shipping upgrades are available if you need your order in a shorter time frame. The regular shipping method does not include tracking. If you require tracking for your order, please contact us for more information.
FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS: You can expect to receive your order about a week after shipment. Sometimes it takes longer. Shipping upgrades are available if you need your order in a shorter time frame. A tracking number will be provided and sent with your shipping notification.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Most orders are delivered within 2 weeks, but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive your order in that time frame, please contact the seller. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes or other charges which may be applied.
CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the shipping fee must be paid again in order to send a replacement.
Payment methods include Paypal, credit card through Etsy and interac e-transfers. Orders will be shipped only after the payment has cleared.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
