All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking. If your order includes an air plant, please know that I ONLY SHIP PLANTS ON MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDSESDAY. So if your "ship date" is on a Thursday - Sunday, YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP THE FOLLOWING MONDAY or TUESDAY. Please contact me with any questions. This policy is to make sure that the plants ship directly and don't get stuck on a loading dock or in a truck some where... the plants would not be happy!
PLEASE NOTE: The "Shipping Policy" is the timeframe that the item will LEAVE MY STUDIO, not the "transit time." All of my products are "Made to Order" and I schedule your order in my production calendar as soon as I receive your order and according to SHIP DATE ON YOUR ORDER. A time span for creation is on each product listing. If you need the item before the projected ship date, please contact me as I may be able to expedite your order with a Rush Upgrade.f

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS THAT SHOW "DELIVERED" via USPS TRACKING AND EITHER OR NOT CLAIMED, PICKED UP OR POSSIBLY STOLEN. Yes, it pains me to state that in my policies but it is the reality of today's world :-(
It is my suggestion that you track your shipments through USPS.com and request email and/or text updates and a text when your item is delivered. You also have other options for picking up your shipment on USPS.com.
